In the old-guard industry of wood, paper and mill companies, Donna Harman is an insider. Shes groomed her career over 18 years working for industry flagshipsin management for Champion International, bought by International Paper in 2000, and as a lobbyist for Dow Chemical. In 2001, she joined the American Forest & Paper Association as vice president of congressional affairs.
